Water and Wastewater Treatment
Our range of polyacrylamide products, including anionic and cationic variants, is designed for various industrial and municipal applications. For industrial wastewater treatment, including effluents from textiles, dyes, intermediates, and other manufacturing industries, our products are effective in primary clarification, settling suspended solids, and sludge dewatering. They also serve in flotation-based clarification processes and help in the color removal from colored effluents. In sewage treatment plants, our polyacrylamides play a crucial role in the primary clarification of suspended solids and sludge dewatering, ensuring efficient and reliable treatment processes. Sugarcane Crushing Mills
Our range of products includes anionic polyacrylamide in free-flowing dry granule form, ideal for the clarification of sugar juice in conventional clarifiers and settlers, as well as for sugar syrup clarification in treyless clarifiers with short retention times. For juice and syrup color removal, leading to the production of extra white or bright sugar, we offer cationic polymer in an easy-to-handle liquid solution. Additionally, we provide anionic polyacrylamide in liquid solution form for efficient effluent wastewater clarification and sludge dewatering.
Pulp and Paper
Our comprehensive product line includes cationic and anionic polyacrylamides in free-flowing dry granule forms, designed to enhance the retention and drainage of costly fibers and fillers during the paper-making process. These products are suitable for all varieties of paper, including writing, printing, tissue, packaging kraft, and specialty papers, whether in acidic, neutral, or alkaline conditions. We also offer liquid solution polymers, such as cationic polymers, which serve as effective size-fixing and charge-neutralizing agents in alkaline paper-making. Additionally, our anionic and cationic polyacrylamides are utilized as flocculants in fiber recovery systems, aiding in the recovery and reuse of costly fines and fibers. These polymers are equally effective in primary and secondary wastewater clarification in pulp and paper mills, as well as in the de-inking process, where they help clarify wastewater and dewater sludge in various stages of treatment.
Mines and Mineral Processing
Our polyacrylamide products are essential in mining and mineral processing. In alumina production, anionic polyacrylamides are used for red mud settling in both the settler stage and washer circuit.
