This range of products includes pour point depressants, flow improvers, and wax inhibitors designed specifically for waxy crude oils. These products are ready to use and easy to handle, providing convenient solutions for field applications. They are fully compatible with other oilfield additives, ensuring seamless integration into existing treatment programs. Additionally, their effectiveness in maintaining flow and preventing wax deposition helps optimize the transportation and processing of crude oils in various challenging environments.
Demulsifier Intermediates for Petroleum Production and Refining
Our range of demulsifier intermediates include products that function as emulsion breakers and desalters. These intermediates are effective in breaking emulsions and quickly desalting, ensuring efficient separation in the refining process. Each product in this range is designed to serve as both an emulsion breaker and a quick desalter, providing reliable performance in petroleum production and refining applications.
Corrosion Inhibitors
Water-soluble acetate salts act as effective corrosion inhibitors in both mineral oils and aqueous systems, particularly in oilfield applications and metal working fluids. Benzylated derivatives excel as acid corrosion inhibitors in high-temperature environments.
These inhibitors are also useful as emulsifiers in lubricants for metal working fluids. Additionally, mineral acids can dissolve DAILUBE DE 11 OH in water at about 5%.
Corrosion Co-Inhibitors
The co-inhibitor provides a synergistic effect when used alongside imidazolines, enhancing the overall performance of corrosion inhibition in various applications. This combination is particularly effective in protecting metal surfaces in challenging environments.
H₂S Scavengers
H2S can create several operational challenges related corrosion, separation, regulatory and odor. It significantly increases the operation costs for sour oil and gas production. These water-soluble scavengers bind with H₂S in an irreversible reaction, preventing its release and thereby reducing corrosion while improving process safety. They are specifically designed to control H₂S through bubble tower applications and/or continuous injections into the wellhead, infield, or other transmission lines.
Asphaltene Inhibitors
Asphaltene inhibitors are designed to attach at interference of asphaltenes present in crude oil, stabilizing them and preventing the formation of precipitation in pipeline larger, problematic molecules. These inhibitors play a crucial role in preventing asphaltene particles from aggregating and depositing, which can lead to blockages and operational challenges. By maintaining the flow and integrity of crude oil during transportation and processing, these inhibitors contribute to more efficient and reliable oilfield operations, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Additionally, they are compatible with other oilfield chemicals, making them versatile and essential components in comprehensive oil treatment programs.
Downstream

Our downstream oilfield chemicals are designed to optimize the refining and processing of hydrocarbons, ensuring efficiency and reliability throughout the production process. These specialty chemicals aid in various refining stages, such as improving distillation efficiency, preventing corrosion, and enhancing fuel quality. Our tailored formulations help mitigate challenges like fouling, scaling, and the formation of unwanted deposits, ensuring smoother operations and extended equipment life. By focusing on both performance and environmental compliance, our downstream chemicals support the industry’s drive for cleaner, more efficient production, ultimately helping to deliver high-quality fuels and products to the market.

Pour Point Depressants
Our range of pour point depressants, flow improvers, and wax inhibitors is designed for waxy crude oils, gas condensate oil, and mineral base oils. These products are ready to use, easy to handle, and compatible with other oilfield additives, ensuring seamless integration into existing treatment programs. By maintaining flow and preventing wax deposition, these additives contribute to more efficient and reliable oilfield operations.

For mineral base oils, these products are particularly suitable for lubricants, engine oils, and gear oils. Depending on the application, they can provide significant temperature depression, such as around 21°C in SN 150 and SN 500 base oils, with recommended dosages ranging from 0.05% to 0.4% w/w.

When used in diesel and high-speed diesel (HSD), these pour point depressants and flow improvers are highly effective. The recommended dosages for diesel applications range from 100 to 1000 ppm, depending on the type and source of the diesel. These additives ensure optimal performance in maintaining fluidity and preventing operational issues caused by wax formation.
FCC Metal Passivators
Crude oil that contains traces of nickel and vanadium negatively impacts the efficiency of FCC catalysts, leading to a reduction in gasoline production. Nickel, in particular, reacts with the catalyst, forming sulfides that act as dehydrogenation catalysts. Daitrolite SB 2030 is specifically designed to deactivate nickel’s ability to function as a dehydrogenation catalyst, thereby improving the efficiency of the FCC process.
Diesel Fuel Lubricity Improvers
This range of additives is designed to improve the lubricity of low sulfur diesel fuels, even at very low dosages. These additives help protect against engine wear, leading to reduced maintenance costs. They do not interact with the fuel itself and are fully compatible with other ingredients used in diesel additive packages.
Lubricant Oil Viscosity Index Improvers
These range of lubricant oil additives are designed for internal combustion engine oil used for transmission vehicles such as ATF, MTF, and CVTF. These additives consist of PMA-based polymeric products that excel the shear stability in addition to a friction loss decreasing with fuel saving properties. They maintain the high shear viscosity at higher temperature and exhibiting high shear stability.
